After attempting to arrange showings in Detroit for a week and making numerous follow-up attempts, he failed to reply, despite being aware of my upcoming investment trip from Chicago, a four-hour drive. Our experience with Marco was excellent from start to finish. What stood out to me is that Marco never tried to "sell" us on a house. Instead, he would calmly show us each house and point out all the pros and cons, never hyping up the advantages or glossing over the flaws. He would give us l his honest opinions when asked, and would tell us if he thought a particular house was overpriced or in need of repair (this was valuable, because all of our showings were on FaceTime). But he never pushed us. Even after multiple showings and two offers not being accepted, he was super patient with us and encouraged us that right house would come along (which it did!).
Throughout the process, Marco was very communicative, late into the night and early in the morning. If he didn't have the answer to a question, he would let us know and find out right away.
In the lead up to closing, his team walked us through every step.
Marco really came through for us and I unequivocally recommend him!

We found our dream home listed way out of our budget. Martin was able to negotiate a considerable amount off the house and even got them to cover all of our closing costs. A home that seemed so out of reach with its listed price point was obtainable only because of Martin. We even wound up getting money back at closing on our dream home.
